All Short Break/Holiday bookings must be accompanied by a
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of £50 per person and a signed booking form.
Full payment of the balance is required no later than 4 weeks prior to the departure date and no reminder will be sent. If not received we will assume that the booking is to be cancelled and the deposit will NOT be refunded.
Stage payments may be required for certain holidays, if necessary this will be advised upon booking, or can be arranged for your assistance should you require.
Where holidays/weekends include day tours, these are included within the package price. It is your decision if you wish to take part in these activities, however there is no reduction in the price or part refund should you not wish to do so.
PLEASE NOTE - Insurance is not included in the price and if required should be taken out individually. Details of an independant insurance provider are sent with the booking information should you have any questions please contact them direct.
All day tour bookings must be accompanied by the full
NON-REFUNDABLE payment to secure the places. Timings are confirmed with tickets, please enclose a SAE when booking or an e-mail address for the receipt of tickets.
Pick-up points are centrally located across Shropshire, including Ludlow, Craven Arms, Church Stretton, Bayston Hill and Shrewsbury. However not all pick-up points apply to all tours, therefore YOU MUST ADVISE US if you change your choice after receipt of your tickets.
Telford & Wellington pick ups are only available on day tours where marked with a T.
For groups of 10+, an additional pick-up may be accommodated (although we reserve the right to use a feeder shuttle). Please give us a call for more information on possible discounts and assistance.
Caradoc Coaches reserve the right to cancel any trip where passenger numbers do not make it economically viable. In this case all deposits/payments will be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE - With regard to all our Day Tours, Caradoc Coaches will not leave the designated outward and return pick up locations early (unless all passengers are accounted for). However it is your responsibility to make sure that you are there at the prescribed time otherwise the coach may leave without you.
PAYMENTS - Please make all cheques out to CARADOC COACHES. We can now accept credit card payments over the telephone, however there is a £1.50 transaction charge.
BOOKING FORM - For all Short Breaks & Holidays a signed booking form is required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - Whilst we will do our best to cater for any special requests, we cannot make any guarantees. Most mobility devices can be carried on our vehicles, but please ADVISE about these when booking.
COACH SEATING - We do our best to cater to any seating requests however, please only request seats at the front where this is necessary for medical reasons. Please specify the medical reasons for your request, but note that this does NOT put any responsibility on any representative/driver/agent acting on behalf of Caradoc Coaches Ltd.
CANCELLATIONS - All seat payments and Holiday deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Caradoc Coaches reserve the right to cancel any of the trips where passenger numbers do not make it economically viable - in this case any deposits/payments will be refunded in full.
COMFORT STOPS - For journey times in excess of 2 hours we endeavour (where possible) to provide at least one comfort stop.
DISCLAIMER - Whilst it is always our intention to travel with the full sized executive coaches, where numbers do not permit we reserve the right to use our executive mini-bus as an alternative.
Caradoc Coaches do not accept responsibility for any items of property left on our vehicles at any time.
We will not accept responsibility for any injury/illness/loss/damage/expense/cost or any other claim whatsoever arising from an event/circumstance that could not have been predicted/avoided/foreseen by us after taking all reasonable care, or occurs as a result of anyone who is not contracted by us.
